Challenges and opportunities for IQNs in New Zealand

In September and October 2020, I started interviewing three overseas-trained nurses for my PhD project. Emerging themes from these interviews include IQNs experiencing communication challenges (e.g., bullying and misunderstanding) and professional opportunities (e.g., being active leaders and team members).
